Cancellation policy
Room cancellations can be made no later than 48 hours before check-in at 15:00 on the day of arrival. If the cancellation is made later, the full value of the order will be charged.
Group & Conference Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 40 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation 40-20 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
In case of cancellation 20-0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Other conditions may apply upon request/quote.
Rules of procedure
The hotel is non-smoking and it is not allowed to party or otherwise disturb other hotel guests. The hotel must be quiet from 22:00 for everyone’s enjoyment. Furnishings and equipment that are destroyed due to negligence, Marstrands Kurhotell has the right to charge for extra costs of washing, broken items, etc.
Food and beverages brought into the hotel are not allowed in public areas.
